I offer individualized MindBody healing sessions designed to support deep transformation at a pace that feels safe and empowering to you. Below you’ll find details about service offerings, packages, financial investments, free resources and other business policies. Together we can design a clear, individualized program that supports your healing process.
Financial Investments
$250 for a 50 minute session
$900 for a 4 session package
Choose from one to three modalities for your healing.
MindBody Healing, Somatic Experiencing and Transforming Touchwork can all be done in person or virtually. Your preferences can be determined after the initial phone call. Sessions are provided in office or virtually from a secure portal, depending on your location.
Each package may also include audio recordings, written educational materials and healing exercises and tools, for continued healing and support.
